How to Feed Four Kids for Free

Mothers and fathers fear the word. Every time those golden arches are at a child’s eye view you hear it… “McDonald’s! Can we go?”   Because each of them are going to want, must have, NEED! the Kids’ Happy meal with the prize, you’re looking at dropping about $15.00 to $20.00.  Well, what is this Bipolar Dad to do?  O.k., I drive right past Micky D’s and head to SAM’S CLUB…lol. 

Yes, if you are there between 12 and 2, you should be able to get yourself and your kids a great meal from all the samples they offer.  And if you go on Saturday, you might even get a great treat since they have more sample stations and do a cooking demo too.  Sometimes, like today, we just go get our treats and then go to Wal-mart for the food shopping.  I do all the food shopping by the way and I normally have all 4 kids on my own for hours at a time.  So, saving a few bucks and eating the great samples is worth it to me.  Hey, I’m paying for the membership so this way, I always get my monies worth.

It was a fun day and the kids enjoyed it!  Besides gas, our trip cost nothing… not bad for this Bipolar Dad.
